The non-stick surface is wonderful. I don't have to spray or butter the pan before using and the cookies slide right off time after time.I was concerned at first about the size, but it actually works quite well because I can keep one baking in the oven while refilling the other one with cookie dough. It's done by the time I am, so I just switch them out and refill the next one. It's very efficient this way, so I don't have an empty oven at any time.***UPDATE***The pans are beginning to warp rather badly several months into usage, but the non-stick surface is still working great.

These cookies/baking sheets are excellent quality, sturdy and made very well. They clean easily, but don't use metal utensils or harsh scrubbing products or the pans will get scratched and damaged. The price is hard to beat, unless you want lower quality. I was replacing some old, worn out baking sheets and these "fit the bill" perfectly.

This is a really nice basic cookie pan. Standard size (not really large) for a home oven, with a nonstick coating that tolerates use of metal utensils. I gave this as a gift to my mom, she really likes it.
