After buying TV infomercial self-draining pots only to discard them after a few months because the inside would rust and flake, I found this one and am extremely happy with it. It met all my expectations and more. You won't be disappointed.

I love this pot. It's great for cooking noodles because of the draining lid. It's great for sauteing garlic and onions or browning meat because you can cover the pot in order to keep oil or grease from splashing all over your stovetop. I use this pot for everything! I'm thinking about buying another one as a gift, that's how much I like it. It's easy to wash and is built well.

Could have bought the cheaper pots if we used it only for pasta but this is far better for draining fat off meats for spaghetti, chili, stews and soups. Circulon is great stuff that lasts for years and this pot is definitely worth the extra dollars.
