I have these pans in the 10 and 12 inch sizes. I Like them very much, weight is good not too heavy nor too light. I wash them in the dishwasher even though they recommend handwashing.I would actually prefer to have these smaller sized pans as the 10" is a little large for cooking for just one.The nonstick surface is good quality. Again they are not comprable to All Clad in weight but are a good compromise and they don't cost over $100.

I am so pleased with these Fry Pans. I recommend them, they are great and Also they are very useful sizes.

Contrary to Amazon's filter for "Induction Stovetop Cooking", these skillets did not work on my induction cooktops. While most of the skillet may be stainless steel, the base is clearly aluminum. Cuisinart website confirms that these skillets are not compatible on induction systems. As a result I had to return the product and cannot comment on the performance of the skillets.
