My wife wanted a large non-stick pan that was dishwasher safe. This is it. So, far I have just used it for grilled cheese; works great.

As a french living in USA, I was desesperate to find a good "crèpes" griddle. This one is perfect, you can prepare sweet crepes or salted crepes without adding butter. It is good quality. You can't be disappointed with T-Fal.

This non-stick pancake griddle is great; I've had no issues with it. The Thermo-Spot is handy. I use it on the biggest gas burner on my stovetop so there's no cool edges. Also to prevent sticking, it helps if you add a tablespoon of oil to your recipe if it doesn't call for any.BTW this is great mix: Canterbury Naturals Pumpkin Spice Pancake & Waffle Mix, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6)
