I love this pan! I use it more than any other pan that I own. It is the perfect size for preparing many dinners. I have always loved using a 12" skillet for family meals. I haven't used it once since purchasing this pan. I love that it has a lid and doesn't have a long handle that I am moving around while using other burners. I will be purchasing another as back up as we all know that non-stick is not forever.

I bought this pan but when it came it wasnt exacting what I was wanting. It seems to be very well made and would have been a good addition to my pots. It is more bowl shaped and not as much cooking surface as I wanted. Since I was looking for a "do it all pan" for my 5th wheel, I needed something with a larger flat cooking surface. I did send it back, which is very expensive to have to return products but I knew I couldnt use it at home because I dont believe that enameled cook ware can be used on smooth top stove tops.

Bought this pan at Costco for something under 25 bucks. Am a long time user/fan of this company's skillets and this pan looked a real winner. Love the concept of hybridizing a skillet with a wok with a fiesta pan with a chicken fryer with a dutch oven. Love that concept! Problem being here, is that those darned handles get too hot. There isn't enough silicone covering the metal, and even what silicone that is there, doesn't stay cool enough. It's a real shame too, because the idea was stellar.
